To enable us to offer free delivery we send everything via Royal Mail 2nd class. Please bear with us, we ship items either on the same day or the next working day. Delivery should take about 48-72 hours but on the rare occasion Royal Mail state that it can be up to 10 working days.

We want to make sure you love what you buy! We offer free returns for 30 days on Items, they must be unopened and unused.

Doodle Mats is a UK based company, all of our mats are designed and shipped from the UK.
Does the ink wash out of clothes

Unfortunately due to the nature of the dry erase pens - for them to be wipeable from the mats and still be smudge proof, we can't say that they are completely washable. From personal experience the ink does come out of some materials but may also stain others.

We are big on reusing and recycling in the Doodle mat family! All of our mats are completely reusable meaning less waste and all of our packaging is completely recyclable.

Doodle mats are printed on premium food grade silicone.
Our colouring mats are accompanied by 10 non-toxic markers and a handy carry case for convenience and storage.
They simply wipe clean with a damp cloth. While we taken great care to ensure the best quality, there may be rare occasions when defective prints with ink smudges or imperfections slip through. If you happen to receive one of these then please get on touch and a replacement will be sent out immediately.

All of our mats are made from premium grade silicone, they won't stretch, tear or crease.
Our markers are non-toxic, which means they are safe if your little one decides to have a little lick of the pen! Our lids could be a potential choking hazard so we recommend under 3's to be supervised whilst using our mats.

We recommend wiping the mats clean within 48 hours of them being coloured in, however, we relaise that its no always possible to do this.
A great way to clean any stubborn marks is to use hand sanitiser, this works a treat and will bring up your mat looking brand new - its also a great way to remove any germs from the mat as well.
